We require renter’s insurance for every student in campus housing. This is for the protection of the student and the Seminary. Certain single students may be covered under their parent’s homeowner’s policy. Students are encouraged to contact their auto insurance provider for renter’s insurance coverage. The seminary requires a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage. Proof of insurance is required, and the Seminary must be listed as the “additional interest.”

Students who don’t provide proof of insurance will be enrolled in the "Student Legal Liability" (SLL) insurance program provided by the Seminary, which costs $15/month and doesn't cover personal belongings. For more information, see the
